How Do I Place An Order?

Payment and Shipping
Each order is carefully packaged in a beautiful box or envelope as appropriate for shipping. Gift packaging is available upon request. I feel a beautiful container enhances the items inside!
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (First Class Package or Priority Mail Service) within 3-5 business days of receiving a cleared payment.
Insurance and shipping upgrades are available upon request. Insurance is an additional fee. Insurance is provided free of charge with USPS Priority mail shipping. If you would like to insure your package, please message me with this request. I take personal care in packing your jewelry (as if it was my own)
Packages are shipped to the address that you have provided. The buyer is responsible for assuring that the address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, etc. a refund will be given for only the item(s), shipping will NOT be refunded. Please provide your telephone number for international shipping as it is required by Customs at the destination country.
GIFT PACKAGES: I will happily ship directly to a gift recipient as well as include a personal note as requested. Just leave me the information in the “Add note to seller” at checkout.
HOLIDAYS: Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable. Priority upgrades in shipping are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.
LOST PACKAGES- Claims for lost packages will only be given once the following time has passed. see listing below:

* If your package was insured, you may be asked to complete a form for the insurance claim and we appreciate your assistance in completing this paperwork if necessary.
If the tracking # shows that the package was delivered and it was not, you will need to contact your local post office as well as our shop. I cannot file an insurance claim nor do we refund for packages that have been marked as delivered.
**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for Duty and Taxes as well as any additional fees that may be charged at Customs. Shipping delays may occur with Customs from the Destination country for international shipping**
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs charges, Taxes and additional Postal fees.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon return of the unused item in it's original condition and packaging, I will refund your money minus my shipping costs. Custom orders are not refundable.
When returning the item, please make sure to include your order #.
Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. Damaged and used items will not be accepted. If items show any sign of use, a refund will not be issued. I will issue a credit to you after I receive the returned products.
